Here I am exploring abstract forms – especially trying to look at the spaces created between the curving parts of the sculpture. As you view it from different aspects, the space between changes its form – inviting a new idea.
The glaze is a highly reflective green-black with just a little lustre sheen that lets the shape speak for itself. Light is reflected on the surface – or even better ‘in’ the surface that seems to have depth and dimension. Depending on the light of the day it will appear darker or greener.
Many of the works shown here have been sold. But I can always make one specially for you.
